is in so many details in the behaviour and arguments of the social services exactly like many cases here in Scandinavia too. It is a good thing someone in India is exposing it and creating a widr understanding of the fact that cases like this are not just unfortunate single "mistakes". On the contrary, social workers and their allies are taught, from the very beginning, that this is the way to behave, that parents are negligible obstacles, and that their own "judgment" is always the very best!
The allegation of "learning disability" brings to my mind the Svanhild Jensen case in northern Norway but also Swedish cases of great brutality on the part of the social offices and psychologists concerned.

Swarajya describes itself as a liberal centre right magazine remaining "committed to the ideals of individual liberty unmediated by the State or any other institution, freedom of expression.. " (click "About Swarajya" in the top line). Something which may find resonance with those of us who oppose the CPS's way of running families, are the following descriptions in their policy statement:
"Swarajya represented the first coherent intellectual response to Nehruvian socialism and the ever expanding Big State in newly independent India."
"“There is before the country the great problem of how to secure welfare without surrendering the individual to be swallowed up by the State, "
"Irrespective of the changes in government, India remains by and large a populist nanny state where the State makes choices on behalf of the citizens,".
