Baby Saha released from US foster care after intervention!


The Saha-baby, who was taken into foster care in New Jersey (cf Humanitarian Crisis for Indian children and their families in confiscatory child care proceedings abroad), is back with its family in India!

"- - released from US foster care and given to the custody of his grandmother has been agreed by US authorities after strong intervention by the Government of India."
