I am a singel parent of twin girls age 11 to whom have lived with me their entire lives. I in recent years moved back to Bergen Norway , then up to Voss . due to the constant harassment of the American CPS ( Child protection agentcy ) .Shortly after my arivral in Bergen and before i successfuly found a place to live on my own as i was urged to do by my workers at the social kontor Barnvernet was called in to investigate by my worker and from my understanding Nygaard Skole in Bergen . i was then with my two 8 year old girls living in a tiny hotel room with no washing facilities except a small bathroom sink. i was then forced ( to make sure my kids had clean cloths ) wash everything they owned by hand . and it was still reported that my girls where dirty , overly loud , when at the time my girls with having nothing else to do took 3 showers daily and was despite limited cooking facilities was well fed . my girls are naturaly happy ,very active kids who above all else love playing .
it is now three years later and we are now living in Voss Barnevernet is still in our lives on a weekly or byweekly basis. . thanks to BUP and PPT I found out that one of my girls has ADHD and by rights should be on meds for it so she can finaly get cought up with her sister , to whom has No learning problems and never did . i have been begging BUP and PPT for the prescription for the meds that my daughter needs for over a year now and those requests have been denied .

Barevernet has recently taken me to court and has won ( which according to the statistics is no surprise ) their case against me was based on my daughters ADHD and accoring to them I cant handel my own daughters and their daily needs , but of which i have been doing to the last 11 years .
aka my job that i do for my girls daily is not good enough for them aka Barnevernet .
Both of my girls HAVE told the court that they DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN A FOSTER HOME AND THAT THEY ARE BOTH HEALTHY AND HAPPY WITH ME .

I fear that my girls will be devistated once torn from my arms .
as of now they are living with my mother to whom they adore for the summer break. and my mother has stated that she is willing to take over the daily care of my girls ,but barnvernet said no to that and also my brothers have stated the same thing. again they said no.

i need to know my legal rights if i refuse to sign their foster care agreement . and as of now i refuse to meet with them since i no longer trust them without my lawyer present .

Have the BV set a date for the moving?
Have you asked the lawyer to write an appeal for the higher court? This must be done immediately; they will try to drag their fees, establishing a so-called "safe environment" for your daughters in a foster home.

If they have won the first round, you have to set the trust in the higher court, Tingretten. BV will probably ask for you to be evaluated by a psychiatrist before the next trial. Be aware- they bend the truth for money.

Don't sign any agreement with the social mafia aka "barnevernet" and don't put your daugther on prescription medicine. Ritalin is very harmful, and many children have died from over-medication. The ADHD-diagnosis is a fraud fabricated by the pharmaceutical business in order to sell more drugs and enrich the shareholders.

If possible get your children out of Norway which is one of the worst countries for single parents. I recommend catholic countries in southern Europe. There mothers are respected and family values are honored to a much greater degree than in the vampire kingdom of Norway.

omg wow i had no idea , but the first set of appeals are in and i now have a better lawyer but i ask why should i have to leave the country , when it took me 15 years to come back from the hell i was living in? no i think ill take a stand and fight to keep my daughters and for my right to live here .

There's no way you can win against the "barnevernet". Lawyers routinely fool parents into believing they have a chance against the "barnevernet" in order to get paid. The lawyers get their paychecks, and the parents lose their children. It's a win-win game for the lawyers. They get paid even when the parents lose.

If lawyers had been honest people, they would tell parents they have very little chance of winning against "barnevernet". If the "barnevernet" have decided to take your children, they will succeed. They don't need evidence because they use their own psychologists and psychiatrists to write reports recommending that the children are removed from the family. These psychologists will fool the parents into believing they are honest and neutral until the "barnevernet" suddenly removes the children on basis on their recommendation.

The children welfare business in Norway is huge. There's so much money involved. Everybody wins except the families, but nobody cares about the families destroyed.

The judges are often acquainted with the lawyers representing "barnevernet". That's why, in my opinion, almost all parents lose their children.

Norway is a very dangerous place once your name is in the "barnevernets" directory. Tens of thousand of children are living in "barneverns"-gulag because their parents thought they could win against the "barnevernet". Relocating to a safer country is in my opinion your only real choice. Otherwise, be prepared to suffer years of injustice and destitude while your children are kept hostage by "barnevernet". "Barnevernet" knows all the tricks in the book. They will go to any length to rob you of your children. It's you against the evil empire.

If the BV won the first round they will probably want to get them in foster care asap. If you decide to leave the country you can be charged with kidnapping. When they won they got custody. If u choose to stay, do not talk to BV without a lawyer present, and don’t sign anything.

When it comes to Ritalin, it has severe side effects, however some children do benefit from them. Normally there will be a test period to see how and if they respond positive.
