Hi. I've found some statistics that might be helpful.
Unfortunately, on the first round of hearings, the chances to win are very small. Only one of 20 wins

About half of the children taken by force from their families, end up trying drugs. Almost none of those children finish higher education, and about only 30% finish senior high school. In the last 3 months there have been 20 cases of robbery performed by stolen children (I use the word "stolen" because taking something from someone against the person's will is stealing, also taking children by force is stealing) in a small place called Grenland, in Telemark. Those children steal to get money for drugs, many of them are in debt for drugs. A 17-year-old girl was found dead from drug overdose for a while ago, this case was in the news but there are, unfortunately, several other cases we don't know about. Many of those children and teenagers also commit suicide.
Good luck fighting for your twins.
